Comparing '09 & later Touring tires: I know this has been discussed many times, however, in your opinoin how do you compare the OEM Dunlops on '09 & later Touring bikes to Michelin Commander 11 and Metzler 888.

 

Last summer went with E-3s and after 14K down to about 3/32 front and back. Liked them better that the Dunlop stockers.

 

880s lasted me 10000ish in the rear and 13000ish up front. i had some pressure issues or i would have gotten a bit more out the back

im now running a cobra front and shenko rear. night dragon is sitting in the garage for later this summer
