I'm doing bagger apes on my SG and the TBW grip is sliding on tight? Has any one ran into this problem?

Is the grip sliding on the bars tight or is the grip hard too twist when installed? I put new grips on my bike and it was hard to twist, had to loosen it up a bit and all was fine.

My yaffe bars it got tight when about 1" was outside the bars. It's from the heated grips plug inside the bars. The black one. What I did was pull out some of the wires and put them in the switch housing.

Mine went in smooth .... after the third push pull. Could be the connectors as stated above, or it could be the chrome needs to be filed away on the edges. When the TBW starts to get tight pull it out and see if there are any marks on it from the bars. If there are then you need to work the opening some with a file. If not then it is the wiring.

It seems as If the bar is just too large in diameter. It slides on the other side just fine. I'm gonna have to exchange the bars. I think I got a defective part!
