The stock front half of the heat shield coming from the forward cylinder has cracked completely through just above the bend in the head pipe where it starts to go aft. I am using Fuel Moto 2-1-2 header (don't think that's what caused it, sure the dealer will think differently). Anyone else have a problem with stock heat shields on 2011 Road King Classic??

 

I heard a member had this issue on his 10 limited.. dealer said not covered~~~ must be a defect from MOCO

 

No problems with mine.

HD will not cover it now because of the FM part.
