Thanks for the info.

As well, I'm ordering a new braided lines, so if I'm ordering a new upper brake line do you think I need a longer one just to be safe?

2 coats of the base and 3 coats of the mid gets it close, the only difference is the factory has a little flake suspended in the clear. If you want it dead on tell the painter to put 1% of the mid into the first coat of clear. It will bring the flake closer to the top like the factory. Use straight clear for the last coat. Tell him to shoot a test panel like this and I bet it will be ***** on.....

Thats interesting to know. Thanks for the info. Mine is done now and I am happy. Ya the metal flake isn't as vibrant, but the angles on the inner comapred to the tank reflect differently so everyway you look at it its a different color
