I took a look at the website for Candys Cycles. It looks like it isnt an ABS system, it is the TCB Brake system. The TCB system was specifically mentioned in a post above.

there is a caveat to this statement. an experienced rider can stop in less distance only if he purposely activates the abs. if he threshold brakes on the abs bike, and on the non-abs bike, the stopping distance should be virtually identical. now throw in the mix rain, sand, or something else on the pavement, and i'll bet the abs bike wins every time.
