HUMMMM... 20,000 miles so far..No problems yet...2, 3000 mile round trips to Tennessee and have had no trouble running80-90mphall day long. IMHO I doubt I use 70% of the available power 5% of the time. And Iride the bike!!! It seems to me to be a fine motor that is plenty strong enough.

It's not a good engine, that's why Harley replaced it in the '07's

???? Not good,....or not good for speed? I 've never had a hiccup outta mine. 2 years and fifteen thousand miles on her. Never a single problem.

I had two bikes with evo's that I was real happy with, but when I got my first twin cam I couldn't believe the difference in how smooth they ran with zero leaks,

The95" motor in my '05 Electra Glidehas39,000 miles and is runninglike a champ... I log 135 miles a day at avg speed of 75-80 mph on the open freeways, she's smooth as glass and got good power.

It's actually a little too smooth for my taste, believe it or not. I like a bit of shake in a Harley, especially at idle. To me it's part of the "charm".

Other than that, mine has 50,000 and it's rock solid.
