Is there any companies out there that sell off the shelf touring seats for a 89 or older EG's?
Or do you have to send it to a seat fabricator to have it re-stuffed and covered.
My brother is looking for a replacement and can't seem to find anything outside of sending his old seat out to someone.

not sure what years changed but a friend got an 02^ seat to fit his 93 the tongue on the new seat was smaller he wrapped it with some rubber(old inner tube) and it fits just fine.

 

getting it refoamed and covered would be cheeper.

 

I agree with this. I don't think there are any avalible because of the way th 89 mounts to the bike
