you see room but you can't (or maybe the correct thing it's very hard to) see in them

second thing is you can use the badass mirrors you want

Agreed, forget bar mounted mirrors. These are 12's.....

I've got 10's pushed as far forward as possible. If you want to retain fairing mirrors you'll have to go with 12's.

10's look perfect visually with batwing. I don't like the 'over the fairing look' either. Functionally I do wish they were higher so I'm going to lower my a$$ 3 inches the an FBI drop kit.
