Default Painted Inner Fairing in the Charlotte area

Guys, I'm looking to have my black SG's inner fairing painted. The dealer is charging and obscence for this.

1 -- Anyone in the Charlotte area had their inner fairing painted; and

2 -- Is there someone you can recommend?

I refust to pay close to $700 for this.

Thanks!

Contact Robbie at http://robbiescustomshowpaint.net/ He is outside of Lincolnton. He painted my Street Glide inner faring and it looked AWESOME and priced really good.

That's insane. The inner fairing can be pulled fairly easily. There are many threads that will take you step by step in removing it. It's not as intimidating as it looks.

Also try contacting Todd Spencer.

Aryou sure they aren't quoting to replace your inner fairing with a new one that is already painted? Did you ask to have your current one painted?

My local dealer quoted me a price of $670 for the painting of the inner fairing.

I also called a somewhat local shop in the Charlotte area. I was told that this is an awesome shop. The manager I spoke to asked if I was going to remove the inner fairing or if they had to remove it. With that, he said the job is in the area of $650.00.

Pissing me off, I'm reading about guys who paid less than $400 for the painting.

Bryan is right down the road from Charlotte. Does superb work and is reasonably priced. He did my complete RG inner fairing and King Tour Pak for $525 including the HD Black Pearl paint, which was $125.

Thats rediculous. I got my Ember Red Sunglo done for $275, but removed it myself. When you start doing all this you will need new bars and all
