sorry if I wasn't clear in the first post.

an inverted T bracket mounts to the 2 fender studs under the seat, it extends rearwards and the seat mounts to the T.

This is mount style is used by lapera and others for solo seats on baggers.

if shopping ebay or used, make sure the bracket comes with the seat

Corbin ? I had a poor experience with them, as have others. there are many threads covering:

seat fit, construction and quality incl. covering
poor customer service
problems with charges on CC without delivering order

Caveat Emptor

I just installed a Mustang Super Solo, supposed to sit you back 1 1/4". Seat is great, just the install was aggregating, the harness junction box for the tail light and signals pushes up on the seat pan where it meets the rear fender.

Has anyone tried rewiring this so it's out of the way, or tucking away somewhere I'm not seeing???
