None! Bolt right on. I kept the rear rotor and pulley factory and got the lemans rotors for the front and used HD fatboy spacers in the front. Check with hogpro about the teeth count in the pulley for the 06, I think its different that the 07 and may need to be changed for the 18inch but I kept my stock one. No handleing issues. I did notice a bit of rub on the inner front fender but just a touchafter a100MPH run to the Keys. I have the 21/3.25 and 18/3.50 or 150?? rear. hope thats right?

Swany
I already have HD floating rotors with Lyndal Z pads. I would keep this on the rear since it isn't seen and use this on the front:

Can I still use my stock pulley? Sure hope so. Would I loose any braking when swapping out the floating rotors? Can I use my current brake pads? Tires will probably be Avons with a 150 out back. Anything else needed other than the FB spacers if going with a 21" front?

Hogpro suggested going with a 18X4.25 and a 150 tire for the rear. I heard metzler was a better tire than the avons. I dont have any experience with either brandbut thats what was suggested to me. I like the look of a 21" on the front. so i say 18s in the rear and 21 in the front. post some pics if you get a pair.

Cant answer it all but I will tell you what I know for sure. The spacer is actuallyfrom a Road King HD#41610-02 $39. Ask someone about the pulley because I remember Jerry talking to me about it and the teeth count between the 5 and 6 speed 06/07 modelsbut Iforget the specifics. Dont know about the braking lose with floating rotors. Nothing else needed with the front but keep an eye on the rub. I seem to be the only one whos tire rubbed on the factory fender? Anyway after seeing BH's stubby I tried it on mine but it wouldent fit the 21 so I had a custom fender made. 150 in the rear is plenty and it feels fine. Thats all I can say for sure. 18/4.25 150 is what my rear is.

Aren't our factory wheels a 3.5 width?

I'm not comprehending the rear pulley issue. Seems to me that I should be able to use the stock one on the new wheel. [sm=confused06.gif]

I agree. I'm leaning on the 18" front/rear in chrome. I guess I now just need to know if the 3.50 size is correct.

Yes your stock wheels are 3.5 wide. I went chrome 21/3.25 and 18/4.25 and so far no problems

If you're buying rims get a 4.25" on the back so you can runa wider tireya know. Like several have said, Hogpro does this all day. And some have gotten a 160 on the back in this configuration although they recommend the 150.
