Alternatives to HD's Passenger Backrest Pad Mount
Hey All,
Just wondering if any of you have found an alternative to HD's stock, billet and stylized passenger backrest pad mounting brackets. I have done a few searches but haven't come up with anything. I'm sure there has to be something for this very prominent location.
What do you guys have?

Band saw, cutting torches, and a welder...
You can fabricate anything your imagination can dream up!
Dunno if yer looking for an alternative back rest, or some other 'device' to put in it's place. Or, were you speaking of the back rest pad mount itself? You can see that just a little thought has my imagination running overtime!

Naaah, no fabricator here. I'm simply talking about the little plate that holds the pad onto the detachable sissy bar. There is the stock stamped steel one that comes with the pad, and then HD lists two alternatives, a billet one and the "stylized" back plate. I can't seem to find anything else other than those. I'm surprised with everything else that is available that there doesn't seem to be anything apparent despite this particular part being so prominent.

Well, I finally found some offered by Cobra. Check them out here:
Cobra Inserts Replacement for OEM Detachable Backrest
I'm kinda liking the "waving flag" one. Not too bad for only $40...
