Default Pics of cam lobes

Here are pics of cam lobes - notice wear on side of one lobe?
I guess I am not surprised at wear on highest lift part of cam - but wear on the sides is not where I would expect it.

It looks to me like the pushrods were over tightened, maybe right from factory. What is the maintenance record of the bike, was there ever a clatter that sent to a shop for repair?

cheers

I had my bike in for servicing on an unrelated matter at an indy that I trust and like using. He phoned me up and said my lifters are shot, (looks just like the op ones did). He said mine was the third bike he recently came across with the same wear pattern. My new 204 cams looked ok however. Got Headquarters Black Ops installed so let's hope they last longer.
