Default Just did the same thing

Mate!

Thats what they say down here, "mate" Anyway, Ive got a 2011 FLHRC, and I just did the same mod. Where I am I cant afford to get it wrong, It takes ages for anything to get here, shipping cost the earth, and I dont have huge amounts of local support. I went with a LA Choppers Kit. I didnt realize they were sending me top quality Barnett components, but they did, the ABS lines were all individually labeled to what went where, and it just could not have been easier. Everything fit PERFECT! Just tell them you want a kit for 16's and your done. Again, I know there are other ways, mabey cheaper, possibly better. But I am stoked that I didnt have any guess work and the products were better than expected. Good Luck!

I'd go with the 12" wire extenions, and you should be fine.

I just did this. Are you making your own wires or buying a kit? Regardless, go the longer route.

please mock them up and use a string to measure. both cables dont necessarily have to be the same extended length. nothing worse than floppy cables on apes...

For clarification, this was in regards to the wires not cables.

Apologies.
