Default Looking for good ideas to plug holes in inner fairing.

Bought a painted inner fairing from E-bay but it's the old style with the throttle cables hole. My fly by wire glide doesn't use or need the hole. Any ingenious ways out there to plug the oblong hole? Prefer to be it to be paintable.

if you had the fairing off you can put some tape on the front face and fill the hole with two part epoxy, wait for it to dry then take the tape off and it will be smooth.

This is the route I took when I removed my mirrors from the fairing. My fairing isn't painted so the plugs blended in a little better.

Enlarge the holes enough to mount the power outlet?

I was thinking of trying one of the dummy switch plugs from the switch panel by the ignition? Looks close but the local dealer didn't have one in stock.
