Default Mid frame heat deflectors

I have a 2010 FHLTC and I'm thinking about putting on a set of heat deflectors. Do they really work or are they a waste of money? I've also heard that they are a PITA to install. Any opinions?

Love mine & they're worth the ca$h! If you can remove your seat & zip a few ties - you can do this too. Don't buy the crap HD shields - I got the RJS Originals w/studs - very nice & AWESOME quality.

Don't see what the PITA is, 2 bolts for each one and done. Love mine, they were painted when my inner fairing was and add a nice touch to the bike.

They work good. I already had mine on the bike when I got it, just added a little bling! Mid frame heat deflectors-photo3.jpg
