Difference in Rinehart baffles???

Difference in Rinehart baffles???
I'm wondering if anyone has changed the baffles from the standard to the ''high flow'' on the 3.5" Rinehart mufflers with the cat still in place with the stock header? If so what, or how much was the sound increase with this set up & leaving the cat in the stock header?
