Wrist angle on stock FLHX handlebars?

you are probably searching for the wrong spec.
wrist angle is called pullback.
This is easily found for all bars and is measured in inches. To visualize this - draw a straight line on a pience of paper. Zero pullback is a drag bar. There is no change to the line you just drew. A 6 inch pull back would put the ends of the line 6 inches down from the line.
This is not calculated in degress but inches from straight line of the bar.
