Here is my 05 RKC with 10" mini apes from Wild-ones.

You might have to go through the album, but there are some install pics there too.
I had to extend the wires, but used all my original cables.
The clutch was tight, but I rerouted where is was tied to the downtube, and it's tight,
but it works ok.
The brake line was also at it's limit, I had to unclip the line under the nacelle,
and bend the brake line to fit the new bars.
There is some of the rubber part of the brake line sticking out from under the nacelle, but it's ok with me, and works fine.
I kind of cheaped out, buying the 10's, so I wouldn't have to buy all new cables.
In hindsight, I wished I had gone to 14's.
If you go to 10's, do yourself a favor, and add an extra 4-6" of wire when you do the extensions,
that way if you want to go higher, the hardest part is already done.
I wish I had done that myself, but I'll have to recut the wires and do them over when I do change to 14's.
I had a post I did about the install, but can't seem to find it now, so had to type this all over... ;-(
Total cost was $199 for the bars, $10 for some wire and shrink tube,
and $30 for a one piece clamp that MUST be used with the wild ones, and most likely all apes on a RK.
The hardest part was extending the wires, and that was not hard, just tedious.
I think it took me one evening, and part of another afternoon, but I installed passing lights, and some other parts at the same time.
Probably about 6 hours total on the bars and wiring.
For $240, it LOTS cheaper than going to the dealer!
