Default GPS mount, SE dash pad VS regular dash pad.

I am looking at installing the 660 GPS on my 2012 Limited. I have read the forums regarding the use of the SE dash pad and have one question. Has anyone mounted the GPS on a regular dash pad using the same mount as used on the SE (92346-10)? It looks like you only need to drill 2 holes. Is this correct or is the SE dash pad molded slightly to fit the GPS. It sure would be nice if Harley sold the complete SE dash pad as a kit so you didn’t have to order each part individually.

Thanks in advance.

It is not moulded at all you just need to drill holes.
