The Tourmaster heated jacket liner works perfectly for me. I've read some complaints about their heated gloves.

I have Tourmaster heated gloves, Gerbings heated gloves & Jacket Liner, they work well, the Tourmaster gloves run small compared to the Gerbings. The Gerbings have a lifetime warrantee, and I've had to send back the gloves twice in 6 years, but, they either repair or replace the item. I like the Tourmaster gloves, because they seem to get more heat into the palm and fingertip areas. I ride year-round in New England and have used the Gerbings down to 9 degrees at highway speeds and did not suffer! LOL

Don't know much about the Tourmaster stuff but it seems to be about the same price as Gerbings. Is there a sale site that I am missing?

If you're looking at the Tourmaster jacket liners or vests, make sure they are the Synergy 2.0. I had bought two new (older version) liners for my wife and I two years ago .. hers is still working fine, but mine only worked for about two months after getting it.

Tourmaster customer service was great though and based on the on-line and phone diagnois initially sent me two new controllers, but the new controllers didn't solve the problem. Contacted them again and they said they would send me a new liner and to return my bad liner ... new liner they sent was the 2.0 version with the new style controller. I asked about sending back the new early version controllers and they told me to keep them in case there was issue with the controller for my wife's liner. Also they were supposed to send a refund for my shipping costs when I returned the first liner, but somehow it got messed up in "translation". Ended up getting nice pair of summer riding gloves to cover the shipping refund .

Overall, extremely happy with the liners (low level is plenty warm, mid level is hot, and high level is "OH MY GOD, I'm cooking HOT) and Tourmaster's customer service!

Gerbings is now made in the USA. NC actually. Good enough reason for me. Customer service is outstanding!!!

(Disclaimer) IDK where Tourmaster is made.

I have the TourMaster and happy with it. I went with the TourMaster to save on buying a controller. I also use PowerLet glove liners that plug into the TourMaster sleeves. However, when it's time to get a new jacket liner, I'll be going with the PowerLet liner. http://www.powerlet.com/shop-by-prod...FUNl7AodAFMdAw

Mine works great. Have the full jacket, gloves and chap liner. Never used the highest settings, since that would be too hot. Good value and does the job.

I've been using the tourmaster gear for the 4th winter riding season and never leave home without it. I've talked several friends in to buying heated gear based on the smile on my face when we stop ona cold morning. I have the jacket and pants liner.
I bought my gear at a BMW dealer because they had their stuff out before Harley and my Harley dealer had little to choose from once they did put it on display.
I constancely abuse it, try to get off the bike with it still plugged up. I think because of that sometimes when I turn it on it will shut off on it's own. The connection at the bike and the jacket liner appear to be getting worn. I'm going to check out Tourmaster's customer service after this winter and let you know how I fair.
