Default 110 Anniversary Ultra Limited Painted Inner Fairing

First I would like to thank "bubbas1" for the great write-up "Inner Fairing Removal..Step By Step...W/Pics". It will save you alot of money vs. having the dealer install and doing it yourself.

After waiting 5 weeks for the painted fairing to arrive, when I picked it up from the Dealer they quoted me 4 hours at $95.00 an hour which equates to $380.00 to install. I imediately declined and stated I would do it myself. After spending $540.00 for the fairing their was NO way I was going into this for close to a $1000.00. So if I sell the fairing I removed at maybe $100.00 I will be into this just a little over $400.00.

The outcome was well worth the time & money spent. It completely changed the whole look of the bike. I also trimmed out the speakers & radio/gages with chrome inserts.

No doubt about it the painted inner fairing makes a dramatic improvement in the looks dept, in whatever colour, and considering you look at this piece every ride, you get to enjoy it every ride.

Can't wait to do same next year after I depart Europe, and head back across the pond.

Beautiful, that really really looks sharp! Don't blame you on the self install, $90/HR for labor is pretty nuts.

Yup.........Just went down and paid off the bike today (still not in yet) but I am doing the inner fairing as well. Have the 110th anniversary Ultra and I think the inner paited just snaps. Got it done for $450 and then installed for $200. If they do it the warranty follows so let them have it..................love the pics above.
