You're gonna need an adaptor kit. Try the ones from Biketronics or Hogtunes.

Biketronics

Hawg Wired

Hawg Wired makes the better radio install kit. It has a metal face plate instead of plastic.
Biketronics makes the better handlebar control adapter kit, but only because it is incased in plastic and not open faced like the Hawg Wired one. The Biketronics one also has the AVC (automatic voice control). Nothing wrong with the Hawg Wired one though, it works fine.

I've had both. If you buy the complete install kit instead of piecing it together, I would go with Hawg Wired.

Added: One more thing, if you decided to upgrade your speakers to 6.5" and need an adapter ring for those, DO NOT get the Hawg Wired speaker adapters, they suck big time.

I just installed a Kenwood in my Street Glide. I didn't want to spend more for an installation kit than the radio cost, so I made my own. It works beautifully, and looks great. I haven't gotten the handlebar controls to work yet, but I'm working on that...may have to use an adapter for that.

Throttle up industries makes a great 6.5 adaptor kit. It's plastic, but solid, comes with all hardware and easy to understand directions. The only work you have to do is drill holes for your speakers since each 6,5 has a different hole profile.
