My 1998 FLSTF calls out 10 Ft lbs which is equal to 120 in lbs. Hope this helps???

2013 Road Glide manual says 12-13 ft-lbs, 16.3-17.6 Nm, so same as 156 in-lbs

People use in/lb torque wrenches when installing simple covers now?

the bolts are 1/4 - 20....85-125 in lbs

i didnt read all the posts but i just came in from servicing my SG & adjusting my clutch. my 2011 manual states 108-120"lbs.
i did mine to 120"lbs

The '07 and '10 Touring manuals say 108-120 in. lb.

Without getting into a pissing contest....Working on your bike and designing them are horses of a different color.
Mech, tech, backyard mech, Mongo turn bolt.
Engineers that design and figure out all the nuances for lack of a better word.
Just because it's same size bolt doesn't mean something didn't change between year models.
