The Forwood bike? I heard they still ride it. And as of June it wasn't there.

It took a while for me to remember, but Keith Kimber and Tania Brown did pretty much the same thing on a Honda CX 500. A link to part of the story:

They have a book I believe, and they had several articles in Motorcyclist mag.
If you like this sort of stuff (and who doesn't!) Jupiter's Travels by Ted Simon is required reading.
