Question Lost Heel-Toe Shifter Pad

The pad fell off my Heel-Toe shifter yesterday when I was out riding
Is this a part that can be replaced or am I going to have to buy a whole new one? Does anyone know where I can get this at? Maybe someone that is swapping out their OEM

They just screw out. Google heel toe shifter pad. Sounds like it is a good time to look at some cool after market ones. Like everything they get spendy.

You'll have to have the Harley Dealer install it so you don't void your warranty.

I had my SG for a few months and rode out from Cali (when i was stationed there) to visit family and riding around in Henderson, NV. Well, somehow the dam heel shifter fell off on the highway. I called the dealer just before closing time and they said they can fix it if i can get there soon. I was back out on the road in less them 20 minutes. they said they've seen that before.. Seriously? WTH......

for your information guys, i lost a shift peg on night far from home and finally got to a town. i went to a hardware store and got a 5/16 fine thread bolt and a nut to lock it, and was back shifting in no time. it may have been a 3/8" fine thread, but it got me back on the road. obviously the next time i got near a harley shop i replaced the shift peg. now for some models you can't replace your shift peg, but for those who lose just the peg, this might get you back on the road.
