yes the bars can be adjusted. Just pull the ignition switch and the switch plate underneith it, and that will expose the back two screws for the bars. Use a ball end hex socket with the long shank to loosen screws, then rotate bars to where you want them. reverse procedure to finish project.

Should be able to.
1.Remove outer fairing
2. remove radio
3. loosen outer 2 bolts on clamps. Make sure
You have someone hold the bars so they don't
Hit the tank.
4. Adjust bars
5. Tighten bolts
6. Turn bars both ways to ensure clearance.
7. Reinstall radio. Check to make sur it works
And then reinstall outer fairing

Huh ?
throw a big towel over the tank
like he said take off ign switch and lower dash--- loosen the 2 bolts.
pull to new position- snug up the bolts
leave about 5/8" clearance minumum between tank and controls- check by turning bars from side to side
the bar mounts are on rubber bushings and can flex under strain so leave some room.
I don't know what the other guys are thinking, leave the fairing and radio in place...the clamps have 2 bolts each side, loosening the rear bolts will allow the bars to move within the clamps- the front bolts ( under the radio) need not be loosened
