New update here....
Since I am still in the market for stretched saddle bags (and on a budget) I keep an eye out for any at a good price. Browsing on ebay the other day and guess what I found:

...GarageShopBaggers has resurfaced. So, I saw they are in the Denver area (and so am I) so I said what the hell and PM'd them to see if they would meet me in person to do the deal. He responded saying he would meet me about half way from my house and his placed this afternoon and sale them at $340 cash. Do you guys think this is a good deal? What should I be looking in quality for PRIOR to handing the cash over to him?

I bought these. They are replica of CVO streched bags. Quality is on par with OEM. ABS plastic and fit like a glove. Nice price too.
