I see Fuel Moto responds on here, i have sent two different emails trying to get information from them and i get no response! Maybe i can get a response on here, i hear great things about them. But the no response on me inquiring on a tuner really has me looking elsewhere.

They are, but it's more about their construction than because they're larger. Forged pistons are generally thicker and heavier, cast pistons have more complex shapes and can be made thinner and ligher. All 107 pistons are forged, it's a strictly aftermarket configuration. Cast pistons are expensive to tool up for, which is why they're usually OEM.

For the reliability acspect of the FM 107 I can tell you they did my street glide in April and I rode it 2 up 10k miles last summer. I rode through Bear tooth Yellowstone you name it. I rod on it quite a bit I'm not stupid stand on the rev limiter like a lot of those idiots my hearings are under a load hauling ***. I haven't had any issues and I'm coming out next spring pulling a trailer 2 up to glacier I'm not worried at all of the reliability of the engine...
