Yep, that's what I say. Someone probably broke the plastic covers while taking them off, and decided to glue them back on.........that Sucks.

Me too. I've been through this at the dealer but they've never been able to find a part number for the covers that go with the recall kit.

I didn't know it was part of a recall campaign. My Bike had the caps when I bought it new and when I lost one, I just went and asked for another. The parts guy knew exactly what I wanted and ordered it.

I'll give Mike a call and see if I can get you a part #.....

OK guys, I lost the right side cover both times. Part # 70901-09. I don't know what the left side part number is, but with this number your dealer should be able to find it easily.

The entire recall kit costs 20.00 and is Part Number 94754. Hope this helps! Rick

I'll bet the same part will fit either left or right side. Just flip it over.
