OK, I tried this thread under another name, and got nothing. I'll try it again here. I have the CVO lower fairing speaker pods at the painter. I have used the search function, but am still trying to ascertain what good quality 6.5" speakers fit both in the pod, and under the factory HD grill-flush. I'm going to replace the bat-wing fairing speakers, add these, install an amp and whatever harness is needed to insure the fader works from top to bottom to insure I get balanced sound at speed. Your help is appreaciated.

 

Most any 6.5 speaker will fit in the pods, I'm using MBQuart with their grilles. I'm not sure what you need with the stock grilles, but I think they will work with most speakers. Do a search for CVO speakers or similar, Harleypingman (I think that's how it"s spelled) had a good thread on the install, I think he's used a couple different brands.
