Yes the they will work the lowers. The qaurds stick out past the lowers so you can bolt on pegs with no prob

Harley makes a highway peg mount called the long/short angle mount. They work great with the lowers by wrapping around them.

The short and long angle mounts work with lowers. But personally speaking when I had lowers and tried the long mounts I could not get them positioned where I wanted them. I am short legged and like to keep my highway pegs to where I can rest my toes on them while keeping my heels on the boards. Could never get them to reach.

If you have a longer reach/inseam, the long-angle work best & opposite for a shorter inseam. Either of the angle, 360-degree and "clamp" on peg mounts work w/lowers.
