Convert the low beam to HID. You wont be sorry. Best bang for the buck. IMO

You want to use two H9's not H11's. The H9 is 65 watt, the H11 is 55 watt. The H9 has almost twice the lumen output as the H11.

I use two H9 Hella xenon blue bulbs. They call them blue but they put out a very white light, no blue tint in the light. They are bright, I am very satisfied with the Hella H9's.

You have to cut out a small ridge in the H9 bulb socket and it will plug right into the H11 pigtail. Google H9 bulb modificatiion and it will show you what to do.

Yes, this is the H9 bulb mod for it to fit the H11 pigtail. Its very simple to do and its amazing how much more light the H9 puts out over the H11.

I modded a couple extra H9's just to keep in case one goes out. I put one in the saddlebag and one at home. Never know when you may need one.

By the way I don't agree with the guy using a vise and chisel to modify the bulb. Seems like a little overkill. LOL.
I used a box cutter with a new blade extended all the way out and carefully whittled the ridge down. Just use a pair of tin snips to remove the metal on the collar.

DO NOT handle the glass part of the bulb. Oil from your hands will create hot spots and shorten the life of the bulb. If you do accidentally touch the glass clean it with alchohol and a lint free cloth.
