Default Road King Sliipping out of Gear

I have a 2007 Road King that has twice now, under very hard acceleration.slipped out of gear into a lower gear. I believe it was from 5 gear to 4th gear if that makes any difference. Again it was under very hard acceleration when this happened. Any one have any idea why and is there some sort of adjustment that tightens the linkage. This bike seems to shift a lot easier (as far as how much resistance in the shift linkage) than my previous Harley's.

There is an adjustment but ya need to get in the trans to do it. If it really shifting to a lower gear it is more than an adjustment?
