My mother helped me buy my current Ultra (story behind it) Then she was killed on her BF's Harley on Good Friday 2011.

I can't see that there will ever come a time I will let this bike go. Every ride is like she is here with me.

 

Dark purple ghost flames on black looks good. Add a few accent pinstripes & clear coat it all.

If that's what you want go for it.
When my son passed away, I had his portrait tattooed on my upper arm.
I also had his ashes mixed in with the ink.
I usually wear sleeveless t-shirts when we're riding, so he can see everywhere we go.

 

With her name on the bike also.

Why not? Has great meaning. Or, you could try a two-tone theme for a really cool custom look with meaning.

 

Purple is the regal color of kings! Great way to go!
