Trading- Thoughts?

I have the stock windshield on my Streeglide and I am 6 feet tall, no wings, no fork baffle and don't wear a helmet often. I haven't experienced any buffeting in any sort of manner that would make me want to trade. It blows my mind that each rider/bike combination can be so much different
I too am 6' and when I tried riding with the stock Street Glide shield I couldn't stand the wind noise in my ears.
Like you said it's all different for different people.

The right shield and some fairing wings can cure most peoples buffeting. As others have said, I'd definitely look at working on fixing some inexpensive things to fix the buffeting before you go to extremes. Good luck!
