Question about engine vibrations.

Default Question about engine vibrations.

A friend of mine has a 2011 Fat Boy. He was telling me that his bike vibrates a lot less because it has a twin cam. Well I was looking and mine is also a twin cam. So.... What else would cause his to vibrate so much less?

His Fat Boy has a 96B engine - softail twin cam engines have a counterbalancer which makes them vibrate less at idle. Probably somewhat more vibs at highway speeds tho.
