Default This Sucks....2009 Street Glide won't start.

Installed Vance and Hines Power Duals, Rinehart 4" slip on's, Heavy Breather and a PC-V. I got the PC-V from Jamie at Fuel Moto which was mapped to my specs. I go to turn over the bike and it just spits and sputters and now it will not start. I unplugged it and all works fine.

No riding for me until I get this sorted.

sounds like you got a bad pc-v. it happens. i'm sure jamie will make it right.

and while you are waiting, you could leave your stock breather on, with the new pipes, and still ride.

It may have something to do with the connection of the PCV. Do you see any lights on the PCV when you turn the ignition on? Make sure you have the PCV connected to the ECM properly.

O2 sensors unplugged. I plugged the factory unit back up and it works and idles fine. When I plug in the PC-V it will start the first turn over and I can smell fuel and the idle is rough and cutting out which to me means it's too rich. After I shut her off and try to start again, it will not turn over. Not sure if it's a bad map or unit. I can't tell. the light on the unit are on and I was able to get the map off onto my PC.

I bet bad PCV myself. You can run without it for awhile by putting stock breather back on, ride it for awhile, then put heavy one on, and ride it. Your stock ECM will set to each one if installed separately first.

Thank guys. I got an email sent to Brian at fuel moto. I will follow up with a call Monday. Hoping to get this fixed fast and it's just a wrong map.
