The should I trade my 2010 Ultra for a 2013 thread of the day

Not sure what you mean. When I bought my '10 I was fresh off a divorce when my ex tried to ruin me and tanked my credit score. So I got like 9.8% financing. Now I can get 2%. So that seems like less money wasted each month, more money going towards the actual bike and less to the bank.
It sounds to me like with the difference in interest rates you may actually break even with a new bike..... 10% is a lot more than 3%

14,000 miles. If your asking what we would do, I would keep the 10 add the parts and ride the hell out of it. But, that's just me, to each his own.
I have a 2010 Ultra and love it. Bought it about this time last year with 7,000 miles on it and will be getting the 15,000 service done on it in the morning. Even though I could buy a 2013 and pay cash for it I have no intention of doing that for many years. I never finance toys. Remember, everyone rides a used bike.

Don't know how long the note is on your '10 but it is alot closer to payoff than a new bike would be. Honestly I can say that I noticed a difference going from a 96" to a 103". Many say they don't. It has plenty of power for my needs. But being this close to payoff and having a stockpile of parts already you may consider keeping the '10 and putting some money into it.
Bump up the power, dechrome the fenders and get it painted solid. Maybe a metallic black over vivid black. Still have the functionality of the Ultra with the look of a Street Glide and prolly more *** than a 103".
And remember how much closer you are to payoff. Once that monthly note is gone and you are still riding around on a badass scoot it will be a great feeling.

Keep what you've got. Trading will just put you in money trouble again. There are lots of stuff to buy even with a new bike.
Now that your credit is better, you might try a Credit Union and refinance to lower your current payments.
Once you put the cams in your 96 you will be happier than a stock 103.
Make your tour pak detachable, but a sportier seat on and you've got the Street Glide looks.
If you are worried about having a warranty you can purchase and extended warranty on your current bike.
