I had my FM107 kit installed in Jan 2012. 5,000 miles on my FM107 this season. It runs flawlessly. No regrets here.

Went with a Rosa's Cycles 107" a little over a month ago and just broke 2000 miles. Bike runs flawlessly.

Diamond cutting shouldn't hurt the structural strength of your heads or cylinders, it also just might help to dampen some of the engine frequency's.

That is some real good numbers for that build looks like you lucked out.

Im also thinking of doing something like this to my 96 i.n. I am curious how much of a difference it will make. I have to think it would 25 H.P or more.

10,000 miles on Cycle Rama 107 build with revolution performance cylinders and jugs. No problems at all, and loved the motor, but twisted the crank. If you are going to do a big bore and ride hard, spend the extra money on the bottom end. I hope to pick the bike up this week with new motor. Going bigger since they had to split the cases anyway.

Afraid to ask - how much does crank work add to the cost?

I've been following this also, as I too am interested in motor upgrades.

So far all the replies except 1 or 2, have put 1 season's worth of miles (or less) on their bikes. In my books, reliable motor upgrades should be trouble free for > 80K miles or I might as well leave it alone.

Anyone out there with some real mileage on their 107's that would deem it to be a reliable bore size?
