How much HP will these three things add?

Slip one will help sound but aren't going to do much for power. If you want a significant increase you need a breather,2 into 1 pipe and a tuner.
Dyno tuning will squeeze out every last possible hp depending on the guy writing the fuel map however if I were you, going this route I would go with fuel moto. They have maps written for every component they sell and their tuners will come pre-loaded with a map made for your components.
And they will tweak your fuel/ignition tables based on your input. So if it's slightly off they will email you another map.
I would go there first.
If you insist on slip ons I have a pair of chrome straight shots for sale if you want em. In perfect shape. 100 bucks plus the ride.

I got Rinehart slip ons....SE stage 1 intake, and a power commander 5. Noticed a slight improvement in "pull" in 1st and 2nd gear...but nothing that makes you go "wow." Just bought SE 255 cams off the forum here...gonna stick them in this winter when locked in the garage because of the snow...and will get dyno'd after that. Hoping it will get me the "wow" factor I am looking for.
Slip ons, stahe 1 intake and power commander 5 didn;t do much for me...but using a "off the shelf" MAP...maybe if dyno'd would get more out of it...

If you are going to go to the expense of a dyno, think about a cam change. This will make a much bigger boost in power.

How many miles on your bike, I have a older 88 tc also, if you are going to replace cams I would do everything in there including upgrading the tensioners, oil pump, lifters and all. Our bikes have low oil pressure, mine was reading almost 0 at hot idle, I put a oil spring kit in mine and now have good oil pressure with much less engine noise, before the oil pump spring upgrade mine sounded like a can of marbles when it was hot, now is much quieter with over 32lbs of pressure at 2,500 rpms.
