Question Road glide air deflectors

Any one using the air deflectors for road glides that mount to the engine guards? Can you tell if they make a difference?????

Fairing lowers? Yes, they make a helluva difference.

Had 'em on my '07 SG and '10 RG. Have a new set on order for the new SG as well.

Cool Or are you talking about....

....the $30.00 (ish) deflectors that snap onto the gas tank bolts and the highway bars?
Well, I don't have the fairing lowers but I do have the $30.00 jobbies and, I guess they make a difference. They use to come stock on the Ultra models until someone on the mothership realized they could make a few more bucks by selling them to everyone!
Hey, for thirty bucks, you can't go wrong. Can you?
Good luck!

Don't have lowers, but noticed the Sancho wings advertised.....Thought what the hell, and ordered them. BIG difference, and I run a low shield. Still get wind in my face, (who wouldn't want that), but no more from underneath. Used to have my half helmet jittering around like it was a girl fun toy! Not anymore. End state is: Do what makes you happy. Stay informed, and chose those mod's that fit YOU, not every other rider....

Here's one more recommendation for Sancho's Wings.

Good product and very reasonably priced.

Sancho Wings-- Just did the rode test.

Rode my daily 30 mile freeway ride with them. Was not sure if they helped.
Took them off, and rode again the next day....

Holy Crap, I put them RIGHT BACK ON !

I did not realize how much thump thump thump I was getting to the face until I did this test.

I have to admit, they help! There is still wind, but it is way better with these cheap and easy wings. Well worth the money.
