Default dyno tuned jackpots, and comp baffles

Anyone switch to the comp baffles?? How much louder are they??? Without the packing???

I have them...they were too quiet. removed the baffles, sounds great, but a tad loud. Just want to quiet it down a bit. Maybe get comp baffles??

I have the 4" jackpots with the standard baffles. I love the fact that they sounds great when hard on the wick but also can be very civilized when around my hood and Johnny Law. Sorry no help.

Good luck trying to get someone to post a video of these baffles. I've asked a few recently and no one has. I'd love to hear these also!

I made a video on my Iphone but you really can't hear it well so I never posted it. To the OP, to me the comp's have a deeper tone and are noticeably louder. they are still tolerable rolling down the highway, but when you open it up they really bark. Have heard some on here say they sound a little like glass packs, to me they don't. I like them.

I'm running a set of 4" dyno tuned jackpot slashdowns with the comp baffle with no packing. Personally I LOVE THE TONE! Pipe tone is very subjective to say the least. I originally ordered the jackpot with the standard baffle...it was not aggressive enough for my liking. I contacted Jamie to order the comp baffles. I removed the old baffle packing from the originals(very carefully) and reinstalled them on the new comp baffles. I ran those for 4k with great results...a month ago I once again had the itch for some more volume. I took the baffle packing off the comp's and voila!...awesome tone with no drone! Could not be happier with the set up. But again..I was looking for a more aggressive tone. YMMV
