D&D mufflers to Vancec & Hines Slash rounds
I have D&D mufflers.. nothing wrong with them.. just not loud enough for me. Or so I am thinking..
I have been on youtube all day.. trying to get some sound to the 4 inch slash round V&H mufflers.. and I am liking what I am hearing so far.
Any one running the rounds.. I thinking the ovals are similar in sound.. I just prefer the rounds..

I recently changed from a V&H Pro Pipe to V&H Dresser Duals and 4'' Twin Slash Rounds. I really like the sound of the Twins with the Duals. They are moderately loud, and have a nice deep tone. At highway speed they mellow out a lot. The Pro Pipe was louder and more raspy. I had the bike dyno tuned with both exhaust set ups and the numbers are almost exactly the same. I do not notice any loss of power. I went with the Twins and Duals after hearing the same set up on another bike.

Here are some picture for you. I also forgot to tell you that if you go to the V&H website there are videos of some of the exhaust systems. If you look at the Twin Slash Rounds, there is a video at the bottom of the screen. The video is pretty good. You get to hear the exhaust from different angles and distances.
