Exclamation Need help with nacelle removal

My manual is at home in NC and I would hate to have to buy another as I am working in Florida. Problem is my handlebars are loose to the point that they will move up and down a couple inches. Was having an Indy do some work on my bike about a year ago and had him replace the rubber handlebar bushings with neoprene. I gotta think the hardware has come loose so have to get in there. If anyone can steer me in the right direction with instructions I would be grateful. This is for my 01 Road King.

The cover over the handlebars and a removeable access door in the middle, it will pry up & off with a small screwdriver. The bolts for the bars are then right there..

Remove the headlight trim ring and headlight. Then take off the spear in the middle (there is a bolt behind the light). Then take out the screw underneath. There is a plastic ring around the key. Pry it off and remove the two screws under it. Now take off the cover and adjust your bars...

Thanks !!! Sounds like about a 30 minute job to take it apart, tighten handlebars and put back together ?

Ha, took 2 of us over an hour and we both got our hands cut up. Of course now that I did it the next time will be a lot easier. And there WILL be a next time. Anyway like I said I had some work done about a year ago. Had the handlebars replaced with Wild ones and the Indy was supposed to replace the stock rubber bushings with neoprene. Well found they were never replaced and the stock ones look like crap. So at some point I am going to replace them, this time myself. If I don't get home before too long I am gonna have the wife send me my service manual.

So...
Are the new bars 1 1/4 diameter? If so, make DAMNED SURE that the individual riser clamps were replaced with a single clamp.
My bars broke in the middle due to metal fatigue, because the individual clamps allowed the heavier bars to twist.

They are 1 1/4" bars. Got a part number for the single clamp or where to find one? J&P maybe?
