Default Baker attitude adjuster tensioner and warranty

So I am thinking about installing a Baker attitude adjuster primary chain tensioner on my 2012 SG and I was wondering how this may affect the factory warranty?
The way i see it HD would probably void any warranty coverage directly related to the chain or primary components.
Does anybody have any experience with this, or any opinions?
Thanks

So does the Hayden adjuster apply less pressure than the stock one?

I've got about 300 miles on the Hayden. Very happy. It shifts like butter and the primary is not as clunky. There was a whirring sound when first installed, but it quieted right down once it settled in.

So how about my warranty when installing a aftermaket tensioner?

I doubt it would affect the warranty.

Is it a simple bolt in or does the chain have to be removed?

Remove the stock tensioner and bolt in the Hayden tensioner. Nothing else is touched.

Wink Glad to see it.

My primary started the dreaded "whirring-whining" noise last week...it's quieted down slightly, but is still annoyingly loud when stopped.

I assume the ratchet mechanism is very tight and won't loosen because of the pawls, unless I physically lossen it.

Will the Hayden unit release when it's too tight?

Thanks all...
