I have the 103 with stage one, high flow air and V&H ovals on my 11 SG and show 250 at fill up, stock smokes 4 inch windshield rolling between 75-85 MPH.
Light comes on at 40 miles left and I usually put about 5.25 gallons in her and thats squeezing it in, pump clicks off at 5 gallons and i squeez the extra in to top off.

 

07 sg stage one lite on at 160-165 and I start looking for gas. takes alittle over 4 gal. to fill.
Kroozeabout. 49k miles

 

Appears this last tank I got about 39.5 mpg. I would say I am just heavy handed on the throttle right now enjoying the rineharts too much.

if you stand the bike up, you can get about 5.5 gallons in your 5 gallon tank. Worst case I get 41 mpg, best is 48 mpg.

 

150 and I'm looking to fill it up. Usually apx 4.5 glns. If I stand the bike straight up and top it all off it will cough sputter and run like crap for the first 100 yards or so. I too have a heavy hand.

 

2007 Street Glide. Rienhart exhaust. Power commander tuner (or similar).

I get fuel often based on my usage. I have gone over 180 miles on a tank before. I don't like to go much beyond 180 miles as my riding is usually around town with some highway thrown in. I have seen 42 MPG with this scenario before, but usually closer to 40 MPG.

 

Last month, while riding mountain roads in Colorado, we couldn't get gas for 211 miles. My Streetglide with a 103 took 4.6xx gallons. About 46 mpg. Not bad considering very little 6th gear use.

 

Last week mY 2007 EG ran out of fuel at 192 miles. 5 gal. tank stage one. I did have extra gas in my one gal tank in the saddle bag. I figure I had about 30 miles to go when light came on.
