those thunder headers were my next choice other than the rineharts, i really like the sound of the thunder headers. and the look too! i got a pretty good deal on the RH and i liked the black cap so that was the deciding factor.

BTW you bike looks great real nice work, maybe i will see you around vegas, i myself am a NOR-CAL toVEGAS transplant

Sure, they will replace them & then the new ones will turn purple.

A buddy of mine just replaced his tips with chrome ones after his 3rd set of black ones turned purple.

LOL thats why i got my thunders,smokeing deal on ebay!It was either or for me between the two.Yeah man hit me up we can shoot to the canyon or mountain springs for beer and fries!

 

I havd them on my 04 Ultre and first addition to my 07 Ultra. I just love setting off car alarms. Like others said I can hear the radio just fine.

 

I'm on my first set of replacement end caps. Took 3K for the original to turn, the ones on there now have almost 4 K and both are still black, but thanks for the heads up I will keep my eye on them.
