Default Engine rebuild

I just had my TC88 rebuilt because of a cam bearing coming apart. After250 miles a rocker arm broke. The shop is wanting me to pay for this, but I say it had to have been improperly installed and warranted. Thoughts??

They wouldn't have touched/removed the rocker arm, while changing the cam bearings,it's just bad luck on your part.

What do you mean by rebuilt? The whole engine or the cam area, more details of what was done?
