Default Newby checking in to say THANK YOU

Hey Guys, I'm new to Harley ownership (I've been riding for 40 years) and as a new Harley Owner, I've had a ton of the usual questions: what is the best seat for a tall rider? What is the "normal" oil temperature? What are the best tires? Every time I have a question, I hit up the Forum here and I ALWAYS find the answers. So, for this, I just want to say THANK YOU all for contributing your knowledge, experience and opinions. Its been a tremendous help to me

Well, since this is your first post, let me say two things. Welcome to the forum. And, can you now write up a post showing YOUR experience on how to use the search function? You are a pro if you got all that without even asking a question. There are a lot of people that will benefit from YOUR experience.

Again, welcome!

Using the forum's search feature was a snap! Basically just like a google search, I'd enter a search term like "Best Seat for a Tall rider" and it'd bring up a bunch of threads on the subject. Acting on info I got from this forum, I've already ordered a Harley Tallboy seat for my 04" FLHRCI I know some guys don't like the look, fit etc, but it seems like nearly all tall riders who've ridden with it say its awesome..
